Petre Lameski

Prof. Dr. Petre Lameski is the Dean of the Faculty of Computer Science and Engineering (FINKI) in Skopje and a key public representative for VEZILKA, North Macedonia’s national AI factory initiative. He graduated in 2008 from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Information Technologies in Skopje, and obtained his master's degree from the same faculty in 2010 with a thesis in the field of robotics. Throughout his studies, he was regularly awarded for academic excellence. Since 2008, he has been working as a teaching assistant at the Institute of Computer Technique and Informatics within the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Information Technologies in Skopje. His teaching responsibilities include conducting practical exercises in subjects related to robotics, distributed computer systems, artificial intelligence, data analysis algorithms, information systems, and mobile information systems. His research interests include machine intelligence and learning, intelligent mobile robots, time series data analysis, and cognitive systems.
