Srekja · Startup Club Skopje

Home turf. Startup Club Skopje runs the summit, and day one runs from its own bar. Srekja is the club's café-bar and coworking space at Treta Makedonska Brigada 60 in Aerodrom, about ten minutes by taxi from the centre.

Doors open at 18:00 for the welcome reception and the opening party. Come straight from the airport if you have to. Nobody will mind the luggage.

Macedonian Philharmonic

Founded on 24 November 1944, eleven days after the liberation of Skopje, the Macedonian Philharmonic is the country's first and only symphony orchestra. For 73 years it played in borrowed rooms.

In 2017 it moved into a hall of its own on the Vardar embankment, next to the Opera and Ballet: a ribbed steel shell that curves down over a glass front, with a 1,000-seat concert hall tuned for acoustics before anything else. It is the most recognisable new building in the city, and for two days it is the summit's main stage.

Day 04 · Sun · 04 OctClosing run

Wizz Air Skopje Marathon

Not a venue. A start line. The Wizz Air Skopje Marathon sets off at 08:00 from the Assembly of North Macedonia and finishes on Macedonia Square, a few hundred metres away.

Run the full distance, the half, or the 5K, or hold a coffee at the finish. The city takes the morning; the summit closes in the afternoon.
