Dr. Vladimir Nikolikj is the Associate General Director and Head of Regulatory and Wholesale at MTEL MK (Telekom Srbija group). With over two decades of experience, he is a prominent leader driving digital transformation and market innovation across the Balkan telecommunications landscape.
Dr. Nikolikj’s extensive executive background includes serving as the Country Manager for North Macedonia and Director for the Balkan Region at Lycamobile Group, where he spearheaded major regional expansion.
A respected industry voice, he holds a Ph.D. in telecommunications from Ss. Cyril and Methodius University in Skopje and completed executive education at The Kellogg School of Management. As a thought leader and frequent summit speaker, Dr. Nikolikj bridges deep academic insight with real-world corporate strategy to shape the future of the regional digital economy.
